Returns

• You may return any item for any reason — no time limit after delivery.
• Return shipping is on us: we cover the return shipping cost.
• No restocking fees, ever.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@idiosynca.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple packing instructions.
3. Drop the package off — once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return as above and place a new order for the item you want — this gets your replacement to you fastest.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
